If you are looking to add some spice to your menu with authentic Indian cuisine, then look no further. We can add a flavour of the east with traditional favourites; Tikka, Masala, Madras, or if preferred Goan Fish Curry. Menus are bespoke and quality is guaranteed.

Fish & Chips
A seaside favourite. Traditional Fish & Chips cooked the old fashioned way. All the chip shop favourites freshly prepared and served from our purpose built trailer or quirky pop up marquee. Crisp homemade batter and don’t forget the mushy peas.
Chicken & Burgers
Our Chicken & Burger unit is all about doing the traditional favourites well.
We offer Southern Fried Chicken in a box, Spit Roast Chicken and chargrilled marinated chicken breast. Our 100% Aberdeen Angus Burgers are chargrilled and served in a freshly baked bap with garnish of choice.
COLD FOOD
Packed lunches
Our freshly made packed lunches are an ideal way to feed employees or customers when time/space are at a premium.
A typical packed lunch includes a sandwich, bottle of water, bag of crisps, flapjack and piece of fruit.
Each lunch will arrive packed individually in a clearly labelled brown paper bag which allows for the ultimate convenience when distributing the meals.
Gourmet sandwiches
Our freshly made sandwiches are made on a wide variety of artisan breads including Ciabatta, Focaccia, Rustic Demi Baguettes and Paninis.
Can be served from our purpose built trailer or quirky pop up marquee.
